Shipping

  • Shipping is free for orders over $99 and is otherwise a flat fee of $5.95 for standard service (3-5 business days). Orders normally ship out in 1-3 business days after receipt.
    Returns / Refunds

Returns

  • Merchandise (in-store, unopened if packaged): within 1 business day
  • Merchandise (online, unopened if packaged): within 14 days of receipt, return label provided
  • Bundled Services: Pre-paid service bundles (4+ sessions) are refundable at 80% if no sessions have taken place; 50% refundable after the first session, 25% after the second session, and 15% after the third session.
  • One-time services, digital goods, tickets, gift cards, used or damaged merchandise, and any items deemed "final sale" are not refundable.

Cancellation

  • We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling on all healing services.
  • Cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below:
    • Canceling less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will result in a $50 charge
    • Cancelling an appointment booked within 24 hours with less than 4 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50%.
    • No-shows will be subject to a fee of 50%
  • Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening. Earth Angel Crystal services are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clients.   • Earth Angel Crystal does not sell customer information to 3rd parties. Energy work is performed in spaces free of audio and video recording. Customer information provided during intake for services, as well as the content or outcome of services, is confidential and may not be shared beyond the practitioner or her supervisor.
  • Public spaces at Earth Angel Crystal are under video surveillance which may be reviewed by the business owner or her designee at any time. Public events hosted by Earth Angel Crystal, onsite or offsite, may be recorded or photographed for marketing purposes. Information intentionally shared with Earth Angel Crystal via sign-ups or subscriptions may be used internally for marketing and analytic purposes.

Child Accompaniment

  • Children often respond very positively to our store, crystals, and spirituality in general. It is not unusual for children to demonstrate intuitive gifts, as this is the time of life when people often have their first such experiences and are most receptive to their development. We respect the rights of parents to determine how these paths will be shaped for their children and require anyone under 18 have a parent or guardian to be present at events and to give consent for any services performed.
  • If you are planning to attend an event with child(ren) and do not wish for them to be photographed or videorecorded, please call 631-966-7977 to notify our staff.
    Pets

Pets

  • We love pets! Domestic pets who would normally travel outside the home, such as dogs, are welcome at Earth Angel Crystal so long as they are responsibly managed by their owner.

Accessibility

  • Our store is located on the 2nd floor, up one straight staircase. Unfortunately there is no elevator, escalator, or assistive device available. If this renders our space inaccessible to you, please call 631-966-7977 and we will do our best to accommodate.
