Reiki

Welcome the pure, calming energy that is Reiki. This session is designed to allow life force energy to clear up any blockages in your system. It begins with a soothing, calming environment and calming deep breath work. The session continues with strategic hand placements around the body which will allow for the movement of life force energy to remove and clear up blockages/stagnant energy. Session can be conducted via the no-touch method. All sessions are 60 minutes.
